Offriamo servizi di spedizione tramite FedEx o UPS senza ulteriori requisiti fiscali. Kindly refer to the spedizione zone details below, as some locations may not be eligible for consegna or may require additional spedizione charges.

Notice: E-bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.

 

COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Currently, we only provide spedizione GRATUITA to the European Union. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

SHIPPING TIME

In-stock ordines typically ship within one business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 3-5 giorni lavorativi for your shipment to arrive at your address.

For pre-ordines, please refer to the spedizione date on the product page. A spedizione confirmation email will be sent to your email once the ordine has shipped.

 

 

ORDER TRACKING

You can track the status of your ordine using your ordine number or email address. Once your ordine is shipped, we will notify you and send the tracking number to your email. We provide real-time updates on the spedizione status, and you can check the logistics tracking information on our website or through the official websites of UPS and FedEx.
